Cannot find an item?
If you cannot find an item it means the item is prescription only or we no longer use the product in clinic. Even though we may no longer have the item in stock it can easily be custom ordered. If we carry the brand then we can get the product. So contact us, we love to help and will usually keep the product in stock once it has been special ordered.
You can call us at 519-896-4800 or email shop@mnm.ca to request a specific item, or we can recommend a suitable replacement product.
After you have contacted us for pricing we will ask you to add the item to your order and it will be shipped when it arrives. In most cases we keep requested items in stock so the procedure should be a one time event.
