Suggested Usage
We suggest taking with a small glass of water or juice. The recommended usage is 1-2 tablespoons daily on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. This is fine for maintenance or a light cleanse. If you are really looking to manage symptoms you can increase this to 1-2 tablespoons once to three times a day on an empty stomach either half an hour before food or two hours afterward.
